The stationary jib crane is a type of lifting equipment developed in recent years. It features a unique, reliable structure and offers advantages such as energy efficiency, labor and time savings, and operational flexibility. Capable of operating freely within a three-dimensional space, it demonstrates superior performance compared to conventional lifting equipment, particularly in short-distance, high-density material handling scenarios. The crane consists of a vertical column, a slewing jib arm, a slewing drive mechanism, and an electric hoist. The base of the column is anchored to a concrete foundation using anchor bolts; a cycloidal pin-wheel reducer drives the rotation of the jib arm; and the electric hoist travels linearly along the jib's I-beam to lift heavy loads.

Structural Design of Fixed Jib Cranes
The mechanical structure of a fixed jib crane primarily consists of a pillar and a jib arm. During operation, the pillar is anchored to the ground via a foundation, bearing the bending moments generated by the jib arm and the suspended load. The jib arm is supported by a slewing bearing (self-aligning bearing) mounted at the top of the pillar, an annular track welded to the upper-middle section of the pillar, and roller supports located at the base of the jib bracket. The jib bracket houses a drive unit and an electric hoist; the drive unit enables the jib to rotate 360° around the pillar, while the electric hoist facilitates the vertical lifting and horizontal movement of loads. The crane's operating zone is essentially cylindrical. The operational process involves the electric hoist lifting the load vertically, the hoist trolley moving horizontally, and the jib rotating 360° around the pillar to transport the load to the desired location.
