4. Operation must be "steady, accurate, fast, safe, and rational," ensuring smooth lifting, traveling, and lowering at all times.
5. Follow command signals strictly; do not start the crane if signals are unclear or before the signalman has cleared the danger zone.
6. The operator shall only respond to start signals from the designated signalman. However, the crane must be stopped immediately upon receiving a stop signal from anyone.
7. Do not start the crane if the signalman is not watching the suspended load, even if a command signal has been issued.
8. Adjust speed gradually (step-by-step) using the controller; do not shift the control handle directly from forward to reverse to stop the crane (except in special circumstances).
9. If any abnormal noise is detected during operation, stop the crane and cut the power immediately for inspection; ensure the suspended load is lowered safely before doing so.

In the event of a sudden power outage or a sharp drop in line voltage during operation, return all controllers to the zero position as quickly as possible, switch off the main power supply, and notify the signalman. 11. If the hoisting mechanism's brake suddenly fails during operation, remain calm and composed. If necessary, shift the controller to a low-speed setting and perform slow, repeated lifting and lowering movements; simultaneously, operate the trolley or the crane itself to move the load to a safe area before lowering it.
12. If the crane loses control, take action by reversing the drive direction or pressing the emergency stop button, depending on the specific situation.
13. Conduct inspections and maintain records whenever the tower crane emits abnormal noises, undergoes incorrect operation, or exhibits a malfunction in its safety protection devices.
14. Upon completion of a project and the subsequent dismantling of the tower crane, engineering-technical personnel and professional maintenance staff must conduct a detailed inspection and document the findings.
