I. Pillar-Mounted Jib Crane
Also known as a column-mounted jib crane, this equipment offers a lifting capacity ranging from 125 kg to 5,000 kg and can be custom-designed to meet specific customer requirements. It is a widely used type of jib crane. Characterized by a novel, rational, and simple structure, it offers ease of operation, flexible rotation, and a spacious working area. As an energy-efficient material handling solution, it is suitable for a variety of applications, including production and assembly lines in factories and workshops, machine tool loading/unloading, and heavy-load lifting in warehouses and at docks.
During operation, the load is lifted via push-button controls. The jib arm's bending and rotating movements allow the load to maneuver around obstacles within the operating zone, ensuring efficient use of the workspace. A gentle manual push or pull is all that is needed to position the load anywhere within the operating area.
Based on the type of steel profile used for the jib arm, pillar-mounted jib cranes are categorized into two types: BZD and BZD-JKBK.

An electric chain hoist is installed on the jib arm's track to handle heavy loads.These can be categorized into the BX type and the BX-JKBK type wall-mounted jib cranes, with lifting capacities ranging from 125 kg to 3,000 kg and a lifting height of 3 meters.
IV. Wall-Traveling Jib Crane
The wall-traveling jib crane is a new type of material handling equipment developed based on the wall-mounted jib crane. Its travel rails are installed on the concrete columns of the factory building, allowing for longitudinal movement along the rails; simultaneously, the electric hoist enables transverse movement along the jib arm as well as vertical lifting. This machine significantly expands the operating range, utilizes factory space more effectively, and delivers superior operational results. V. Articulated Jib Crane
The articulated jib crane (also known as a knuckle-boom jib crane) features a novel structure, flexible extension and retraction, ease of operation, and energy efficiency. During operation, the load is lifted via push-button controls; the bending and rotating movements of the beam allow the crane to maneuver around obstacles within the work zone, thereby maximizing the effective operating area. A gentle manual push or pull is sufficient to position the load anywhere within the work zone. These cranes are suitable for production or maintenance tasks in industries such as machinery manufacturing, railways, chemicals, and light industry. VI. Double-Arm Jib Crane
The double-arm jib crane (also known as a dual-arm or twin-jib crane) is a type of mobile forklift-mounted crane used for loading heavy, bulky cargo into open-top containers. The jib consists of a long lifting arm—typically equipped with a hook—mounted onto a forklift. Based on their construction, they are classified into pillar-mounted jib cranes and wall-mounted jib cranes.
