If there are sudden situations such as abnormal equipment noise, shaking, lagging, abnormal braking, or line faults during the homework process, it is necessary to immediately ground the heavy object smoothly, cut off the main power supply, stop the machine to investigate hidden dangers, and strictly prohibit forced work or operation with faults. In case of emergency situations such as sudden power outages or equipment loss of control, press the emergency stop button immediately, cut off the power, evacuate personnel, report to management personnel for professional maintenance, and strictly prohibit unauthorized disassembly and repair.

After completing the homework, return the electric hoist to a safe position, place the heavy object completely on the ground, retract the lifting device, park the equipment at the initial workstation, turn off the equipment power, and lock the control switch. Clean up materials, tools, and miscellaneous items at the work site, organize work records, and record equipment operation status and abnormal situations.
